forensicIT.com.au does not hide from the fact that it is founded and sponsored by two commercial entities, but rather encourages other entities, be they commercial, non-profit or government, IT professionals and members of the public to use this website as a portal to share information, promote services, discuss techniques and technologies used in Computer Forensics. It would be nice to have a totally impartial moderator for the website, however in these early stages of existance, we realise that this is not possible, and will bear any criticisms given until such time as it becomes viable. On this site you will find various sections all devoted to Computer Forensics. In our Computer Forensics FAQ section you will find answers to questions most often asked of Computer Forensic professionals. Visit the Computer Forensics Forum to view discussions between people from all aspects of the industry. We encourage everyone, whether regular visitors or occassional passers-by to register so that you can join in with the community interactively. Registration allows you to post on the forums, submit websites to our Web Links section, post news items, and gives you access to our wide range of tutorials, documents and utilities in our downloads section.
